Our theme for this year’s Diocesan Parish Annual Appeal encourages us as a Diocesan faith community to bring the light of Christ to those in need. As Christian stewards, we are called to serve as a light for others, and through our acts of charity we hope to bring His love, His compassion and His light to the world around us.
The various works and ministries supported by the DPAA are works of justice and charity. By educating people of all ages, performing works of service and offering spiritual direction to those seeking to know Christ better, the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Covington strives to honor and glorify God in all that we do.
As your Bishop, I thank you and all the people of God in our Diocesan family for sharing in this most important endeavor.
